For those students who need to refresh their memory on sustainable development, I put all my CMH3 slides from this last Fall semester on my dropbox, along with some academic material used from MBA1 sustainable tourism, and clippings from the 2017 Drawdown.Org project led by Paul Hawken. The project calculated the CO2 or CO2-equivalent reduction effects of 80 sustainability actions that society can take. Four of the Top 10 most reducing actions directly concern the hospitality industry! Let's get to work!
